Phone and WhatsApp are the fastest way to reach us outside office hours, particularly if you are on a short trip to Podgorica and need to see several properties in one day.
No. The first conversation, the market read on your property and our opinion on a realistic asking price are free and without obligation. Fees only apply once you instruct us on a sale, purchase or letting, and they are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Yes. We do live video viewings on WhatsApp so you can direct the camera yourself, and we send the title sheet, floor plan and photographs in advance. If you decide to proceed without travelling, a notarised power of attorney lets us and the notary complete the transaction on your behalf.
We work in Montenegrin/Serbian and English day to day, and we are used to explaining Montenegrin contract, notary and tax procedure in plain language to buyers who have never bought property here before. Documents are official in Montenegrin, and we arrange certified translations where they are needed.
We visit the property, give you an honest read on price based on what is actually closing nearby, and confirm that the documentation is in order in the cadastre. If you instruct us, we photograph the property properly, publish it, filter enquiries and bring you serious buyers or screened tenants only.
