Our story
Small enough to care, experienced enough to get it right
We are a family-owned agency based in Podgorica, working across Montenegro on the sale and rental of apartments, houses, villas, commercial premises and land. Most of our work is in the capital, where we know the buildings, the streets and the honest price of a square metre in each quarter — but we regularly handle coastal and inland properties for clients who ask us to.
The agency is registered in the Central Business Registry of Montenegro under registration number 51113264, PIB 03525422, with Gordana Bulatović as director. Being small is deliberate: you speak to the people who own the business, and the same people are with you at the notary.
Our mission
To make buying, selling and renting property in Montenegro calm and predictable. That means honest valuations rather than flattering ones, properties presented as they really are, and a client who always knows what the next step is and what it costs.

Trust Real Estate MNE je porodična agencija za nekretnine sa sjedištem u Podgorici, Crna Gora, registrovana pod brojem 51113264, na čijem čelu je osnivačica i direktorica Gordana Bulatović. Bavimo se prodajom i izdavanjem stanova, kuća, vila, poslovnog prostora i zemljišta, uz punu pravnu, notarsku i hipotekarnu podršku koju pružamo interno ili preko naše partnerske advokatske kancelarije.
Prije svega Podgoricu — City Kvart, Master Kvart, Preko Morače, Centar, Stari Aerodrom, Zabjelo, Tološi, Staru Varoš i Momišiće — kao i širu opštinu Podgorica i nekretnine u ostalim dijelovima Crne Gore, uključujući primorske gradove, za klijente koji nas zamole da tražimo i tamo.

Provizija se dogovara pisanim putem prije početka rada i zavisi od toga da li prodajete, kupujete, izdajete ili iznajmljujete, kao i od vrijednosti transakcije. Nema skrivenih troškova niti naknade za prvi razgovor ili procjenu vrijednosti. Troškovi trećih strana poput notara, katastra i poreza uvijek se posebno prikazuju.
Da. Pripremamo i pregledamo predugovor i ugovor o prodaji, provjeravamo list nepokretnosti i eventualna opterećenja u katastru, prisustvujemo kod notara zajedno s vama, i sarađujemo s partnerskom advokatskom kancelarijom kada je potrebno formalno pravno zastupanje. Nakon završetka transakcije preuzimamo prenos komunalija, poresku dokumentaciju i upis vlasništva.
Redovno. Organizujemo video-obilaske, šaljemo kompletnu dokumentaciju, i možemo završiti transakciju putem ovjerenog punomoćja ako ne možete doputovati. Takođe pomažemo pri osnivanju crnogorske firme kada kupovina uključuje poljoprivredno zemljište, i podržavamo zahtjeve za boravišnu dozvolu na osnovu vlasništva nad nekretninom.
